I guess the ex-espada fighting with Ichigo, he'll blast out cero at Ichi. Nel tried to save Ichi by "sucking" the ex-espada's cero, & she shoot it back at him + her own cero.
so that means, Nel's cero + ex-espada's cero is the total amount the ex-espada gets. :D
wooot! but yea lah, Ichi in the end got release his bankai, becos the ex-espada kinda captured Nel and Ichi wanted to save her.
